Company information

We, Bernadette and Clive, have spent many years in the hospitality trades and are thoroughly enjoying having our own Guest house and living in beautiful Devon.

Property information

Guesthouse that is positioned nicely between Paignton beach and town centre. 100 yards in either direction can take you to either the seafront, with its numerous restaurants, bars and the multiplex cinema, or the town centre itself, where you can find a variety of shops for almost every occasion or need. There is also a very convenient coach, bus and train station within walking distance of the guesthouse. We have no private parking however there is a public car park 100 metres away , all reservations must be made with a valid credit/debit card which will be authorised by a bank.

Neighbourhood information

Paignton is a very family friendly location, with various events throughout the summer, Paignton Green which is on the sea front has a Fun fair for most of the summer, and various events are held on the green throughout the year. Check out our website for more of what's in the area.
