    Great location, shared kitchen was good (no washing machine as stated in ad) and well stocked! It was really good access with keyless entry and the room was spacious and comfortable!

Experience a comfortable stay at the only serviced accommodation in the area featuring ensuite bathrooms for each beautifully appointed room. We welcome both trade, individuals & families, offering complimentary items & a quiet nights rest. Key Features include comfy beds, full kitchen, hassle free parking & around the corner from shops & restaurants. It’s conveniently located near the A1 and 630 Ring Road so you can easily get to where you need to go & you can easily explore local attractions. Guest access Guest will be able to access the bedrooms and the kitchen as well as the garden area Other things to note Please note that you are more than welcome to arrive any time after 3 pm. Please be mindful of our neighbours if arriving late at night. Access is automated via codes which will be sent out in time specifically for your stay and will be made active between 3 pm of your check-in date through till 11.00am of your check-out date. Any issues with your accommodation should be reported upon entry. Any damages should be reported as soon as possible, so we have time to remedy the issue for the next guest. Please take all of your items upon vacating-any left items may be able to be returned, however, expenses will be incurred and there may be time delays.
