We are both passionate about the local area and were inspired to open a B and B on the Dales Way route after walking it ourselves. In 2020 our dream came true (aside from the disruptions!) and we would love to welcome you to our 'home from home' B and B. Nothing is too much trouble so please ask us for anything you require,

Lynette and Dave started running Craiglands in 2020 and since then it has been constantly evolving. The beautiful Edwardian features have been retained and restored whilst each of the four rooms has been given a cosy, contemporary feel. Craiglands is the perfect Bed and Breakfast for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Located on the Dales Way, the Lady Anne Way, the Way of the Roses and Tour De Yorkshire routes. It has facilities for bikers and walkers to relax after a long day in the countryside . . . whatever the weather! It has secure storage for motorbikes and bicycles and a newly installed electric car charging point. The rooms offer versatility for families, friends, couples and single adventurers. All will receive a warm welcome, a hearty breakfast and a few unique touches. Craiglands is Coffee and cake on arrival and a freshly cooked breakfast with local produce.
