Just refurbished with a new bathroom and kitchen ( April 2023). The Crab Shack is a fantastic ground floor apartment, freshly furnished and decorated, together with its own parking space. Two-bedroom apartment that can comfortably sleep up to four. Master bedroom features super king sized handmade Vispring pocket sprung bed with a pocket sprung base to ensure a perfect night’s rest. There is space for a travel cot (travel cot available, although please bring your own cot linen. All our bedding is hypo-allergenic. The second small bedroom has bunk beds (6ft long) and is suitable for children. The living room is a comfortable size and has two sofas. One of which is a double sofa bed. It also boasts Sky TV , a Blu-Ray player and a selection of Blu-ray’s and DVD’s. The TV is a smart TV so you can log into your Netflix account. The family kitchen is the hub of the apartment and has a large dining table, ideal if you’re eating in or playing board games (a number of games are provided for your enjoyment). The family kitchen is fully equipped with an Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Nespresso Machine, Quooker instant boiling water tap and Toaster. There is also a DAB Radio and bluetooth speaker. There is a small patio area with a BBQ and some outside seating, as well as a locker with some buckets & spades and crab lines. There is also a secure bike shed and the Crab Shack makes a great base for a cycling holiday. The apartment also has a parking space suitable for a golf / focus sized car. There is also free on street parking outside and car parks within a 10 minute a walk
Hi, we are Matt & Michelle, and look forward to welcoming you to the Cromer Crab Shack, This is our only holiday let and we hope you'll love it as much as we do. We live and work locally and are passionate about North Norfolk and love walking along the coast and cycling through the countryside.
Ideally located on a quiet residential street only a few minutes walk to the town centre and seafront. There is off road parking for one small to medium sized car (e.g. Ford Focus, BMW 2 Series, VW Golf etc.). If you have a larger car there is on road parking by the property and carparks just a short stroll away Cromer’s best bars, restaurants, cinema and the seafront are all within a five minute walk and it’s just a 10 minute walk to the train station. Ideal getaway for families and friends.
