Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES Newcastle will forward their Standard Terms and Conditions and Important Property Information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation.
Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a link from our card processing partner SOT pay to complete your payment transaction. This will be emailed on the day of booking for Prepaid reservations and within 3 days of arrival for flexible rates. Failure to make payment could result in cancellation of your reservation.
Reservations of 3 or more apartments are provisional only until confirmed by the manager of PREMIER SUITES. Once the booking is accepted, 25% non refundable deposit is required. You will receive the SOT pay link as described to process your payment. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. Please note that if the booking is for the same day arrival the security deposit can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder.
A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in.
Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
Office opening hours are as follows: Monday and Friday 09:00 to 20.00, Tuesday to Thursday 9.00 to 18.00, Saturday 10:00 to 17.00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17.00.
Parking is on site and must be reserved in advance as spaces are limited and not can be guaranteed. Please note the height limit for the car park for any vehicles must be a maximum of 2.1 meters.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
