Welcome to our friendly shared house, perfectly located right next to Solent University and just a few minutes walk from the vibrant Polygon area with its shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.
The house is a licensed HMO with a warm, sociable atmosphere. Currently, three tenants live here, and we are opening up two comfortable spare rooms for short-term stays until they are rented out long-term.
