Situation on edge of East Dulwich/Peckham. 10 minutes walk to hip, lively Peckham and 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye train station. 63/363 bus routes start from outside the flat. Lovely Spanish deli serving across road from flat serving breakfasts and lunches
