Edward Place is a former guest house, built in 1883. This beautiful Victorian property has been modernised to the highest standard. Book directly on the Breakation website for our best rates. We aim to give our guests that wonderful holiday experience whether they stay for business or pleasure. Our guests are at the very heart of everything we do. We work tirelessly to ensure every stay is the very best it can possibly be and provide a professional, exceptional service with properties of the highest standard.

Property information

Edward Place is situated in the heart of Blackpool, between the south and central piers, with the beach front only a 2 minute walk away. The property is a newly refurbished three story Victorian building, newly converted into a top quality, modern serviced apartment. Edward Place boasts of a kitchen/living diner, spacious bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and comes with its very own private hot tubs to make your stay even more relaxing. There are parking spaces available upon request for guests on a first come first served basis.
