Self-contained flat consisting of the entire lower ground floor of a beautiful 200-year-old Georgian house with all modern amenities, free off-street parking and a large and beautiful garden to the rear. Centrally located with a bus every two minutes right outside. Dog-friendly. You can leave your vehicle in our driveway for as long as you want before or after your booking.
I work as a psychotherapist and coach and my wife as an accountant. We live on the upper floors of our beautiful red-doored Georgian house with our dog Mr. Littles. We mostly work from home so it's easy to get us if you have any problems or if you want to say hello! Otherwise just text or phone us.
The property is opposite the road from Burgess Park, a park full of amenities including playground, outdoor gym, BMX park, cafes and tennis courts. North of the property is the Walworth Road with a range of African, Latin American and Middle Eastern restaurants. Feel free to ask us for recommendations! Centrally located with good transport links, especially the bus stop just outside with buses every 2 minutes to central London. Nearest tube stations are Elephant and Castle, and Stockwell. Consult the giant London Underground map on the living room wall for ideas! There is also a Santander bicycle station just outside the property. Finally, our property is in the rare position of having a private driveway which can accommodate at least two vehicles.
