Edith was a wonderful host. Very kind, excellent communicator. Her place was absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful story. The setting was peaceful and scenic with lush, neatly manicured lawns and great views of the mountains, including Ben Nevis.

Lovely accommodations, wish I could have stayed longer. Hot tub view of Ben Nevis, what's not to enjoy? Location worked well as a way station for us between the Lake District and Skye. It's a great getaway if you want a self catering retreat.

A warm and cosy lodge with spectacular views on Ben Nevis, Aonach Mor, the Grey Corries and much more. The lodge is nestled away in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, located in Glenloy just 6 miles outside of Fort William at the foot of Beinn Bhan corbett. The lodge is on an Private Estate in the quiet serenity of a Glen full of history and wildlife - perfect for solo travellers, couples, and small families. Whether you want to practice yoga, paint, or simply do nothing, this is the spot.
We are a retired couple living in the highlands. Jean-Pierre is the fifth generation of a great hotelier family and has spent 42 years with Hilton worldwide as a general manager. We both love to travel and enjoy good wine with some top class food. I have been running Inverskilavulin Lodges for 10 years, and hope to welcome you to the Glen soon! There is always a caretaker on the estate for any questions or concerns. The owner and or caretaker will welcome you to your lodge once you are settled although we do have self check-in for those who would not like to be disturbed. Food and beverage packages can be requested. Please enquire for more information. The estate and nearby areas also offer a variety of activities including fishing, stalking, cycling, horse riding, white water rafting, hiking, and much much more. Please enquire for more information.
Glenloy is a quiet Glen full of history, wildlife, and serenity. The nearest town is Fort William, which is only 6 miles away and has a range of supermarkets including Marks and Spencers, Lidl, Morrisons and more. We are only a 10 minutes drive from Ben Nevis; 25 minutes from Glenfinnan; 45 minutes from Skye, Glencoe, and many more Scottish highland destinations. It is best to have a car in the Highlands so you can stop and stare at the incredible scenery at your own leisure. However, there are also good taxi services, as well as trains, and buses to get around. The lodge is only 6 miles from the taxi stands, buses, and trains.
