Gosling Lodge is situated within the grounds of a 16th Century working arable farm.
Overlooking an attractive pond packed full of wildlife, Gosling Lodge is the perfect place to relax and take in the rural surroundings of Durham's countryside.
Comfortable living area with zoned LPG central heating, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, power shower in bathroom. There is a large decked area wrapped in glass, with a table and chairs and also a heated boot and coat store. Private parking with an Electric Vehicle charging point.
