Ground Floor Annexe is a charming semi-detached ground-floor annexe attached to the owner's home in Milton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire. Hosting one twin bedroom and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking on the drive and shared access to the owner's enclosed garden with lawn, seating and patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Ground Floor Annexe makes a wonderful base for a Cotswolds adventure. Note: This property only accepts bookings arriving on a Monday or a Friday for a minimum of 3 nights. Note: This property is not suitable for and does not accept children over the age of 1-year-old. Note: This self-contained property is adjoined to the owner's home with the properties sharing a porch entrance.

A small hamlet just 4 miles from the maritime town and harbour of Falmouth. The surrounding countryside offers rolling fields, country lanes and misty, atmospheric creeks that wind their way inland from the sea through deep, wooded valleys. The area is perfect for lovers of breathtaking countryside, for enjoying time in boats and for long country walks. Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches will keep you occupied for hours. Its old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, Pendennis Castle and the stunning new National Maritime Museum complete the picture. Across the harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
