The living areas in the property consists of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, both with Smart TV with Freeview, and a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and additional roadside parking close by. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, please bring your own dog beds, towels and blankets. Travel cot and highchair available. Note: The apartment is accessed via 31 external stone steps; care should be taken at all times. Note: Due to the access this property is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Borth Y Gest, a picturesque village with cliffs and coves, is easily accessible on foot or by car from the main settlement. Portmeirion, an iconic Italianate fishing village, is conveniently located nearby. Portmeirion, made renowned as the setting for The Prisoner and the finale of Cold Feet, is located on a craggy clifftop on its own private peninsula, surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. Black Rock Sands, a beach with stretches of sand that seem to go on forever, and the nearby castles of Criccieth and Harlech are among local highlights. Zip World Slate Caves and Bounce Below are also easily accessible and offer a wide range of activities suitable for the whole family, from exhilarating zip lines to underground caverns to explore. This is a great base from which to explore Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula.
