We have 2 Gorgeous cottages at HiddenDevon , this is Cobb Cottage ( The other is UpAlong - search for HiddenDevon) , it is a 2 Bedroom 450 Yr Old Thatched Cottage, Fully renovated with underfloor GSHP heating EPC A Carbon Negative, Log Burner ,Upstairs bathroom and additional toilet on the ground floor. Rural but with easy access to the best of North Devon. Dog Friendly with enclosed gardens , outdoor dog shower , onsite 22 KW EV Charger ( KWH charged at cost)
After 14 Years of living in Hong Kong, we decided to return to the UK and have spent the last 5 years transforming the farm, planting trees, encouraging wildlife and carefully renovating these gorgeous cottages to bring them into the 21st century yet retaining their character and history. We love being able to share them with guests.
Our farm is 1 mile from the lovely village of Dolton ( Two pubs, village butcher, very good shop and postoffice , a proper welcoming friendly village. We are in great location to explore the South West , between Dartmoor and Exmoor and only 35 mins from the nearest beach. Woolley Animals Alpaca walking, Sam's Cider and RHS Rosemoor are close by.
