A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three bedroom house just ten minutes walk from the University of Nottingham and the QMC (Queen's Medical Centre). The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception & dining area as well as a new fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven.) On the first floor there are three double bedrooms all equipped with king size bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Bedroom 1 has the option to split the bed into two singles upon request. Outside there is a south-west facing courtyard overlooking a garden beyond. One off-street parking space is available to the front of the property. On-street parking is by residents permit only Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You are free to park on-street outside of these times. Please note that this property features a noise and occupancy level monitor to ensure house rules are complied with. Please be assured that the sensors measure sound and occupancy levels without recording or listening and are not equipped with a camera or image recording facility of any type. They don’t collect, store or share any personal data.

Neighbourhood information

The house is ideally located just ten minutes walk from the University of Nottingham and the QMC (Queen's Medical Centre). Other locations nearby include Highfields Park, Lakeside Arts Centre, Nottingham College and Nottingham Tennis Centre. It is also ideally located for visiting businesses at Nottingham Science Park or Boots Head Office. Located just 3 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop (University of Nottingham) the city centre is easily and quickly accessible. Trams run every 7-8 minutes and the journey to Nottingham Train Station takes about 11 minutes.
