Please note that final payment must be made in cash.

Guests under the age of 17 cannot be accommodated at this property. Extra beds and cots cannot be accommodated.

Charges will apply for any damage to property including the interior and exterior parts. This also applies to any property that may be packed and taken in error including keys.

Keys removed from the premises on departure will be charged at £50.00 per key.

Kilmichael House has a strict no-smoking policy that applies to the entire property, both within the house and outside.

Food is not allowed to be brought onto the premises.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Unauthorized visitors are not permitted on the premises unless authorized by the owner of the property.

Pets are not allowed within the property or on the premises and cannot be left in cars overnight at any time.
