The ground floor comprises open plan living & dining room Fitted kitchen & washing machine The first floor reveals three bedrooms each with built in storage. A bath & shower in on bathroom. Enclosed rear paved garden with access to garage & car port. This property also benefits from off road parking ample for multiple cars, oil fired central heating & uPVC double glazing throughout. Within walking distance to Towerview Primary School. A short time journey to Bloomfield Shopping Centre, Bangor’s town centre & neighbouring towns. Very quiet professional stay, Last checkin 9pm, no guest, allowed in or on property. no noise after 9.30pm . No alcohol allowed in shared areas . Checkout 9am.
