We are a local family and my sister and I look after some self catering holiday properties that our owned by our family. Our origins are in net-making here in Porthleven

Property information

Loe Bar Top is a light and airy apartment with excellent sea views. Comprising of two bedrooms ( 1 x double, 1 x single beds), lounge/kitchen combined, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Utility cupboard including iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped for simple catering of crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans, trays etc. Oven with halogen top, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster There is a single car park space which is marked for the Loe Bar Top in our own car park. Two minutes walk from the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

We are located on Loe Bar Road and this is close to the beach and short stroll to the harbourside for dining, cafes, bakeries and shops. Also directly on the coast path and ideal for walking and exploring.
