It’s a lovely and cosy property very close to the Elizabeth line with lovely amenities nearby like Lidl Shop, Sainsbury’s and Coop and the gym, the library and Southmere Lake. 20-30 minutes from central London. Distance: • 5-15 minutes from big supermarket Sainsbury’s and Grocery shop Lidl, Southmere Library, Southmere Lake and the gym across the road • 30 minutes from Canary Wharf (Elizabeth Line) • 37 minutes from London City Airport • 37 minutes from Liverpool Street (Elizabeth Line) • 40-50 minutes from Cutty Sark, Greenwich • 40 minutes from the O2

Lovely neighbourhood, very connected transport wise with lots of buses and trains including the Elizabeth Line and National Rail and great for families with the local lake, grocery shops, library and gym.
