In order to make your stay comfortable, we would like to bring the following to your attention: The payment is taken on arrival for the full stay. On arrival you are provided with a key to your room and the front door and you can come in and go out as you please. Please remember to leave the keys at check out in order to avoid a lost key charge. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know before hand, the pets are charged at GBP 15 per pet per night. If you require an extra bed, please inform us so that it can be set up before your arrival. The extra bed is charged at GBP 20. We follow a strict non-smoking policy, a charge of GBP 50 is applicable in case of smoking in the premises or from bedroom windows. Please let us know before arrival about your check in time so that we can provide a smooth check in.
