Limited free street parking is available on James Street and Mearns Street, 200 meters away, and subject to availability. Please drive to the bottom of Marischal Street and turn left on to Regent Quay. Then take the second left on to James Street, or the third left on to Mearns Street, where guests should find non-restricted parking.
Please note that private parking is available with NCP Carparks. NCP Carparks and Marischal Apartments are completely separate entities therefore the property cannot accept payment on their behalf, instead guests must pay at the NCP carpark when leaving.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A security deposit of GBP 250.0 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
