At last, after 18 months, we have now got Listed Building Consent and can start our transformation. Since purchasing our gorgeous place in July 2020, we have created a fantastic reputation especially for our breakfasts, and so now we are ready to open gorgeous rooms in April 2022! We will have our licensed coffee shop which serves breakfast from 9-11am, homemade cakes, scones and the amazing Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding.

We are situated right on The Square in the centre of Cartmel and overlook the fabulous Village Shop; famous for Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding. With everything just a 2 minute stroll from or door, we are a perfect location for an relaxed weekend away whether you head into the Lakes to explore or literally wander from pub to restaurant to pub.....
