You've found a seaside gem! Stylish, comfortable and nestled in the heart of Cromer, just a short walk to the beach & iconic pier - the apartment provides everything for the perfect coastal getaway. This 1st floor apartment was renovated in February 2025 with style and comfort in mind. All furnishings and fittings were brand new. There’s three spacious bedrooms, two with double beds, and one twin, along with a living area featuring a sofa (sofabed) and Smart TV. The bay window in the living area allows for plenty of natural light in the property. The principle boasts a en suite and a walk in wardrobe. There is also a high spec new shower room. The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances with ample storage space, making it a chef's delight. There is full central heating. There is no lift in the building, to access the Apartment you must use the communal staircase. We own the two other apartments in the building, if you wish to book these for a larger group please get in touch! Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in. The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and ben linen. Should you need to use a public car park, Meadow Rd car park is the closest - this is run by North Norfolk District Council, along with hourly & 24 hr tickets, it may be useful to know that via their website, you can purchase weekly tickets valid in any of their car parks, please see their website for more info re this. The property is conveniently located in the heart of Cromer, perfect for the town or beach, with this comes the potential for noise. Here are some recommendations: Rocky Bottoms - local sea food & lovely outside seating area Hatty's tea rooms - treat yourself to a cream tea! No.1 - our favourite fish & chip restaurant, reserve a table overlooking the sea West Runton beach - a great spot for fossil hunting Cromer pier - blow away the cobwebs with a stroll along the pier, perhaps a spot of crabbing too! A car is recommended to see all that Norfolk has to offer but not essential, there is a train line from Norwich and good bus links in and out of the town.
