This luxury apartment is perfect whether seeking the thrill of waves, bracing walks, or secret caves and a paddle on the shoreline feeling the soft embrace of the sand. At sunset, sup a glass at one of the towns many restaurants and bars that open for your enjoyment all year round. From colourful streets dotted with alternative boutiques, to a golf club on the green dunes; its central position on the North Cornwall coast makes Newquay the perfect base for families, walkers and surfers alike.
The apartment has 2 private secure underground parking spaces. There’s also shared car charging ports for the building, located roadside. It's located on the quieter side of Newquay but walking distance to restaurants, shops, many beaches and transport links. You can even jump on the Newquay land train not far from the apartment.
