Property information

Stylish, 2 bed apartment located on the most desirable street in Newcastle. Situated in a stunning grade 2 listed building under the Tyne Bridge on the Quayside, you could not ask for a better location for your trip away. Highlights: Prime city centre location Quiet Location Family friendly- Cot & Highchair Large living/dining area 10 seater dining table Integrated Sonos ceiling speakers 58” Smart TV Nespresso machine High Ceilings Stunning views of the Quayside & Tyne Bridge Double sofa bed which has a pull out mattress (separate to the main sofa) Perfect for those who seek a city break or to use as a base to explore all the beautiful things Northumberland has to offer. Apartment has everything you need for longer stays, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. The apartments location is fantastic, featuring some of the best restaurants and bars right on your doorstep and walking distance to the Universities, train station and city centre. We also have another apartment in the same building that sleeps 6. Other things to note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no lift access, therefore is not suitable for those who have difficulties climbing stairs. All day on street paid parking available next to the building and the Quayside Multi Storey parking less than 5 minute walk.
