The flat is on the ground floor with it's own entrance and has a small sunny garden at the rear which has been much appreciated by guests. It is offered on a self catering basis with a fully fitted kitchen including an oven, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils. The main room has a 4' double bed - ok for a couple who get on well - a table and 2 chairs. There is a brand new shower cubicle, and a wash room with WC and sink. Additional bed linen and towels are provided and there is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Exeter city centre is a 10 minute walk and the University is a 15 minute walk, so the flat is ideally suited for a short break. 2 nights minimum stay.

The flat is a 30 minute drive from Dartmoor National Park as well as the coastal towns of Exmouth, Budleigh and Sidmouth. The quay area of Exeter is a 5 minute drive - this is a great place to walk by the river and there are also plenty of restaurants to choose from. The centre of Exeter, including the Cathedral and Cathedral Green are a 10 minute walk.
