Brand new detached house with large (18m2) double room available. Everything is new, clean, tidy and makes for a nice place to stay for a short stay or longer stay. The house is a short distance from Newhaven ferry port and 20 minutes drive into Brighton. There are lots of buses, which are 2 minute walk away and a short bus ride for trains into Brighton/London and Eastbourne.
A very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of facilities a short drive from the house.
