Welcome to our spacious and unique riverfront apartment. Situated just moments from the beach, this apartment offers the best of both worlds- serene river views and easy access to sandy shores. Step outside and take a leisurely stroll into town, as well as nearby attractions: Arundel, Brighton, Goodwood, Chichester and The Southdowns way. A restaurant conveniently sits next to the property renowned for excellent food. Be treated to breathtaking sunsets over the river for evening relaxation.
Private off road parking space. 0.4 miles from Littlehampton station with links to Arundel, Chichester and Brighton. 5 minute walk to the beach.
