This townhouse is hidden behind Sevenoaks High Street in a secure, brand-new development. You are only steps away from wonderful restaurants and shopping options. There are three flights of stairs to access the property, with no lift. The host can assist with your luggage, but please be prepared for some gentle exercise. Check-in is between 6-8pm. If you would like to check-in outside these hours, please message us and we will accommodate you, if possible. The rooms have a double bed each, and can also accommodate a third occupant on a single bed. The Blue room is set up with a TV, a sofa to relax in and a balcony for watching the sunset. The Jungle room is set up for quiet meditation, with many plants and a sofa. There is no TV in this room. You can use the shared family bathroom on the same floor as your room. We have some house rules that we ask you to respect, as you are coming to our home and not to a hotel. We have two cockapoos, so please tell us if you have any fear of dogs. They love to meet humans and love children and other dogs. You have access to the house with your key and can access it on your own as you like. Quiet hours are 11pm-6am, during which we ask that you keep leaving/entering the house to a minimum, and keep noises, talking, or electronic devices quiet as much as possible. Parking is available for an extra charge, which you can pay on arrival. We also offer train station/ airport pickup/ drop off and car rental. Please enquire after booking.

I work from home and love to walk in Knole Park with my doggies. We often host guest doggies as well for daycare or overnight boarding. Our dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms during your stay to allow you to enjoy your space without disruption. I love meeting people, so when you arrive, feel free to chat with us, and tell us what brings you to Sevenoaks. Alternatively, tell us that you prefer to have no conversation, we will respect those wishes as well. We have on rare occasions hosted individuals who did not respect our house rules, were drunk, and made a lot of noise at night, which causes anxiety for our doggies and us too. Please respect our home. We can readily point you towards local hotels that will have more flexible house rules if you decide during your stay that our place is not for you.

As we are in the centre of Sevenoaks, you have many amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby: Nando’s, Pizza Express, Gail’s, Joe and the Juice, and other local restaurants and pubs that are dog friendly. Life on High, next door, has the most amazing breakfast, smoothies, huge variety of vegan 🥗 offerings.
