Rooms at number one is a luxury boutique bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of Broadstairs. We have four luxury en suite rooms finished to the highest specification and parking available on site for each guest room. Each room is individually designed and has included, 42" flat screen TV with freesat and free wi-fi throughout, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and compimentary toiletries. We also have an onsite hairdressing salon subject to availability.
We have owned this property for the last 18 years and have successfully run it as an interiors shop but decided to have a life change and in the last six months we have converted it into a four bedroom boutique bed and breakfast. Due to our years in the interiors trade we have furnished the rooms with beautiful furniture and mirrors and designed everything ourselves, this is where our passion lies.
Broadstairs is a vibrant, bustling seaside town with beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, coastal walks and an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. Neighbouring Margate has the Turner Centre and newly refurbished Dreamland amusement park and a bustling old town full of trendy retro and antique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We are also a couple of miles from popular Ramsgate with its Royal Harbour and cafe society seafront. 15 miles away is the city of Canterbury with its magnificent cathedral and Whitstable, another seaside resort famous for its oysters.
