Sandlings is a stunning 4 bedroom iconic seaside property, only a stones throw away from Filey Promenade and beach. This beautiful holiday home sleeps up to 9 people and is absolutely ideal both large families, and contractors working in the area. The decor inside is a perfect blend of modern chic and coastal themes, giving that feel of cosiness by the sea. The property is extensive, boasting 3 floors of spacious rooms and sea views. The layout comprises of a long galley style kitchen, large dining and living room area, 2 double bedrooms; one with an en-suite, a bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. The property has ample amenities to suit larger groups with a main bathroom, a further toilet room, and en-suite upstairs. It also comes with a double oven, mircowave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, high chair and everything you would need for comfort and ease during your stay; including assess to Wifi and a smart TV. Sandlings also has a quaint outdoor courtyard to the rear, complete with table and chairs to enjoy those summer evenings. Sandlings is in the very heart of Filey centre and is on the doorstep of beautiful boutique shops, tea rooms, pubs and local eateries - it really is the perfect coastal getaway!

The property is in the heart of Filey, with a myriad of tea rooms, boutique shops and traditional pubs only a stones throw away. It's location between Scarborough and Bridlington makes it a perfect base to head for great days out along the coastline
