Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our holiday let properties for a few years. We currently manage a large number of properties, all of which are located in the Thanet area. We are now looking to not only grow our own portfolio but manage other holiday lets in the local area. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. They handle all guest communication personally to ensure the best service is delivered at all times. What to expect when you book with us Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps that you need to complete to confirm the booking. We do require all stays to pay a refundable damage deposit of 200 hundred pounds. Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refundable and will arrive back in your bank 5-10 working days after check out (depending on the bank.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&Cs and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification via of secure system Hostfully.
