I tutor from home some days. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and hearing about your reasons for travel! I love travelling too.

Property information

Large double room which contains workspace, seating area with TV (not smart TV) in a 3 bed semi-detached house in quiet suburbia 13 minutes walk from the beach. Fast WiFi. Lots storage space, , full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen diner, garden with rattan furniture, conservatory - lots of places to relax! Stay home and lounge on the garden furniture in the sunny weather or in the cozy conservatory. Opt for a night in and watch Freeview TV. Unwind in this spacious and serene space. Please note extra guests are not permitted; if brought you will be charged the room rate for each guest. Please note that this is a working household. The kitchen/diner will be used for business on Mondays 10am-7pm & Tuesday 2-7, so this space will be out of bounds during these times; apologies for any inconvenience caused. These times can change so please check with me if you would like to use the kitchen.

Book for convenience: 13 mins walk to the beach to stroll the promenade or visit supermarket, cinema, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs! 7 minutes walk to the train station. 25 minutes on the train to Liverpool for shopping, theatre, bars and concerts. 18 mins drive/35 min by train to Hoylake to see 2023 Golf Open. 50 mins to Liverpool airport by car. Street art and Vale park a short walk away.
