Bring the whole family or bunch of friends to this newly refurbished duplex to enjoy football games and events at Vitality Stadium, vibrant Boscombe beach and town. Light and cosy 4 bedroom duplex flat is conveniently located 8min walk from Stadium - the home for Premier League AFC (Cherries), walking distance to Boscombe beach (20min), Queens Park Golf (16min), Royal Bournemouth Hospital (30min), and Boscombe high street with shops and cafes. Castle Point and New Forest are short drive away. You are going to stay in 4 bedroom duplex flat located on 2 floors - need to climb some stairs. The flat has own entrance with a small outdoor space inside the yard. We have two dbl bedrooms with dbl beds, one double bedroom with a daybed that can be transformed into 2 sgl beds, and a bunk bed with 2 single beds in a small bedroom. Perfect setup for 2 families with kids or 2 couples with 4 friends. There are 2 shower rooms, one on each floor and a cosy open plan living room and kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
