Silverdale Mews is a delightful cottage perfectly located to enjoy a holiday or business trip to Eastbourne. The house is a home from home and has a modern yet cosy feel. The two bedrooms sleep 4 and can be configured either as a double and king size beds or as a double and 2 singles. The comfortable lounge is upstairs and opens onto a balcony and the well equipped kitchen diner features comfy seating and french doors which can be opened onto the courtyard. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet downstairs. The Wifi is superfast broadband and is free. Smart TVs in both the lounge and the kitchen provide satellite channels and access to all your favourite apps. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on a self-catering break including dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and there is a utility area with a washer-dryer and laundry facilities. The car port provides private parking for one car and has a secure bike rack to lock cycles to. Linen and towels are provided with changes available for longer stays. You will be a couple of minutes walk from the beach and a short stroll to both Eastbourne town centre and Meads village.
Hi, I'm Emma. I set up Silverdale Mews as a holiday home 3 years ago and since then it has been operated successfully by some lovely agents. I'm now managing it myself and hope to provide a full and personal service to all guests. I live in Eastbourne with my young family so am on hand and available to help with any aspects of your visit in advance or during your stay. My hope is to provide you with a home from home and that you will have the perfect base for your break away whether it be for business or pleasure.
Located just off Silverdale Road behind the Grand Hotel, Silverdale Mews is minute walk from the beach and a short stroll from both Eastbourne town centre and Meads village. The seafront is bustling in the summer with cafes and shops. Eastbourne town centre and the newly renovated Beacon centre has a full range of high street shops, restaurants and a cinema while nearby Meads has a village feel and Little Chelsea a more bohemian vibe. The South Downs way starts less than a mile away.
