Beautiful spacious well equipped ground floor flat in central but quiet location in Ballater, a haven for walking, climbing, photography, wildlife, sightseeing, golfing, & fishing. Off road parking. Perfect to access the Cairngorms, Braemar and Balmoral. 5 mins walk from centre of village to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants. Perfectly located for Glenshee AND Lecht for skiing.

I have been brought up in, and have a vast knowledge of the area.

Central but quiet location, most amenities within walking distance. Off road parking within the front garden; drive.
