This modern three-bedroom house is arranged over three floors, giving you all the space you need whether you are working away from home, visiting family, or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay. It is a newly purchased property that we are redecorating and furnishing to the same high standard as our other highly rated homes, which you can view in our profile for reassurance. The current photos show the house as it was when we bought it, but from mid-October it will be fully ready with a fresh, stylish and welcoming finish. Every bedroom will have a king-size bed dressed for comfort, along with its own TV so you can truly switch off at the end of the day. The entire top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, while the first floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The ground floor includes a bright lounge, a downstairs WC, and a modern kitchen and dining space with French doors leading to the rear garden. The garden is fully enclosed, making it safe and secure for children and dogs, and offers a low-maintenance outdoor space to enjoy. At the front of the house you will find a double driveway, providing off-street parking for two vehicles. The property sits within a desirable modern development with easy links to the A690 and A19, making Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle all within easy reach. Local highlights such as Hetton Lyons Country Park, Rainton Meadows and Dalton Park Outlet are also nearby for when you have downtime to explore. Like all of our homes, this property is designed to be more than just a base. With spacious rooms, thoughtful touches, and the comfort of a true home from home, it is ideal for contractors, families and groups looking for both practicality and quality.
