-Four bedrooms: two with a single bed and two with a double bed
-Two bathrooms: one with a toilet, a sink and a bathtub shower and one with a toilet and a sink.
-Fully equipped kitchen: a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

-Linen, towels and toiletries, tea, coffee and water are included
-Two parking spaces are available in front of the property

We expect all our guests to abide by the following house rules:
A. Please park your car on the property side space, leaving way for other cars. Never park in the turning circle area at the end of the street, as truck turning access is required there 24/7.
B. Please sensibly enter/exit the property considering the neighbourhood and the time of day or night. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00.
C. Smoking, Pets, Parties, or Events are NOT allowed.
D. A mandatory security deposit of 250 is due at least 1 day prior to arrival for single-night, last-minute, direct or new bookers.
