Please note: all bookings have to start on a Friday. Swallows Nest is a wonderfully converted barn positioned some 10 miles from Launceston, in the hamlet of Canworthy Water. It boasts two bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room and a ground floor children's bunks with en-suite bathroom, sleeping four people altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while outside is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ, as well as an enclosed children's play area. Please note: due to storm damages the play area is out of use for the rest of 2025. Neighborhood info

Launceston is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Visit the Tamar Otter Park, just 3 miles away, or take a trip on the steam train through the Kensey Valley. You are also within easy reach of Bude and Padstow to the north, with Plymouth to the south and many fun-filled attractions littering this superb region.
