I manage 17 Self Contained Holiday Apartments in Weymouth, Dorset, UK, on a Self Catering basis.
Our accommodation ranges from:
Small Studios = Living, sleeping and cooking facilities within the open plan accommodation with small ensuite shower rooms.
1 Bedroom Apartments/Maisonettes = Separate or open plan living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom. All have a small shower room within the apartment..
2 Bedroom Apartments/Maisonettes = Separate or open plan living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. All have a small shower room within the apartment.
Me and my partner regularly travel around the UK, Europe and far beyond, generally as a group of couples staying in self catering apartments. I believe this gives me a good insight into what our guests would expect when visiting us. We have tried to accommodate any need our guests could want from a home away from home.
We operate a completely contactless check in & check out procedure but are always on hand should you need to contact us.
We will send you the full check in information and access codes by 11pm the day before you check in.
Property information
A small ground floor self contained flat in a residential building a few minute's walk to the beach and town centre.
This compact but functional property offers 1 bedroom with small double bed, lounge with recliner leather sofa, Smart TV (free Netflix) & Fibre Broadband, kitchen, small shower room & laundry room. Ideally suited for 2 or a single person, no children are permitted at this property.
The very small but functional shower room consisting of: Shower cubicle, WC and small hand basin and shelving. Some guests have mentioned they have needed to step out of the shower room into the adjacent kitchen to be able to towel dry properly. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook with ad eat off.
The small outside courtyard leads to the laundry with washer dryer and a refuse area (Also storage for the iron and ironing board).
Neighbourhood information
Our apartment is easy to find. It’s the yellow house with a black door on Commercial Road, the first door after Bath Street walking away from the bus station.
The closest unrestricted parking is several minutes walk away from the property starting at postcode DT4 7PL, please make sure you have not parked in a restricted area.
Parking is available in a local car park for a reasonable daily charge. Please search for Swannery car park Weymouth or Melcombe Regis car park Weymouth.
You are minutes from both Weymouth Train & Bus Stations.
Seaside = Seagulls, no charge is made for their added entertainment :-)
