Spa Update

We will be undertaking an improvement project in our spa from 20th September 2024, therefore our treatment rooms will be temporarily relocated. We ask guests to arrive at the spa reception on the lower ground floor 10 minutes prior to the appointment to be escorted to the treatment rooms.

Use of Spa Facilities

Use of our spa facilities is complimentary for hotel residents during their stay. As of the 23rd September 2024 our changing rooms and bathrooms will be closed due to our improvement project, therefore we ask guests to arrive dressed in their bathrobes/slippers to use the facilities.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
