Recent update to the room facilities now includes the use of a private sitting room for sole use during your stay. This is where breakfast will be available in the morning.
The Coach House is in a rural location right on the old disused railway called "The Downs Link". A very popular walking/cycling route from Guildford to the South Coast. Immediately next door is the Milk Churn Cafe and the award winning Firebird Brewery and Bar. A 10 minute walk gets you to The Fox public house.
