About this property
In the beautiful Lake District, just a short walk from Windermere, this luxury bed and breakfast has beautifully appointed rooms, all with a modern, original bathroom and free Wi-Fi. The Howbeck is only a 2-minute walk from the main village which has many shops and good restaurants and bistros. Windermere Steamboats and Museum and the market towns of Kendal and Keswick are among many things to visit in the area. The Howbeck Guest House also has special arrangements with some local restaurants for its guests and can make reservations on their behalf. Guests are offered a free 2-hour pass for use of the Choices Health Club's swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room, which is just a short drive or 30-minute walk away. The fitness center also offers a cardio suite, a weights center, group classes and an outdoor training and relaxation area.
