The Old Parlour is a peaceful detached cottage in countryside in the Devon village of Sampford Courtenay. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a downstairs king size and an upstairs gallery children’s twin, with downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a gallery seating area and the open plan living area with seating area, dining area and kitchen is downstairs. Outside are acres of lovely landscaped gardens with two ponds and a brook. Just a short walk from the good village inn, The Old Parlour is an excellent place for a restful Devon break. Note: 10 payable for a second dog

Sampford Courtenay, a sleepy but picturesque Devon village, and Okehampton, a thriving community known as ‘the gateway to the moor'. The whole area is a country lover's dream. The high tors of northern Dartmoor dominate the scenery and provide a splendid backdrop to nearby Okehampton
