Stunning 4-bed/2 bath detached residence in a superb, central location suitable for large groups or contractors. Situated just 1 mile from Pinderfield's Hospital and 2 miles to the city centre, yet in a beautiful, quiet residential area with plenty of green space and enough room to park 2 cars. The house has recently undergone a full refurbishment in a modern, scandi style.

Our place is within walking distance of the local hospital, the city centre and some of the city's finest restaurants. We also have a Costa Coffee and Starbucks just down the road in case you need your regular coffee fix. There is also a small children's park at the top of the street which is fantastic for entertaining the little one's. Our place is perfectly situated with excellent travel links, we are 5 minutes taxi ride away from Wakefield Westgate train station and only 5 minutes from the M1/M62 motorways by car. There is a bus route passes close by which takes only 5 minutes into Wakefield or 30 minutes to Leeds.
