“Very clean and in a great place! Quick 2 minute walk from the beach and town centre. Not too far from the harbour to catch the boat to Torquay or Brixham. Reception is locked and can only be accessed with your key when staying, so you feel very safe.”

We are Tom and Rosie, we run the guesthouse and live on site with our children Florence and Austin.

All rooms have an ensuite with tea & coffee making facilities.

Neighborhood info

Our guesthouse is perfectly located in the heart of the English Riviera, with Paignton Beach and harbour a stone's throw away. Local shops, restaurants, pubs, children's play areas and the pier are all within walking distance. If you fancy going further afield, Brixham, Totnes, Cockington and Newton Abbott are all fabulous places to visit.
