A self contained annex, private entrance and courtyard, located in a quiet, residential cul de sac. A stone’s throw from the beautiful Salcombe estuary, promenade and town centre where you can explore eclectic independent local shops and boutiques. The annex is located on a hillside, the views of the Estuary and surrounding countryside on the way down are stunning, particularly at sunset. The Annex has been recently refurbished and sleeps 3 adults in a double bedroom and lounge with sofa bed, smart TV, dining table and chairs. There is a fully fitted new kitchen and shower room, free parking and Wifi. A great location from which to visit nearby stunning beaches and coves, Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totness.
I moved to Devon 12 years ago after falling in love with this outstandingly beautiful part of the coast during childhood holidays. I have been working in the holiday let industry for many years, beginning my hospitality career in private yachting during the 90's. I am a keen paddle boarder and head down to the estuary, a nearby beach or the River Avon for some moments of tranquility on the water. I love living here and I love what I do! I am on hand to offer local knowledge and help you to make the best of your holiday. I look forward to welcoming you to Kingsbridge!
Kingsbridge has much to offer including water sports, spectacular coastal walks, fine eateries, eclectic independent local shops, and boutiques. Situated close to stunning beaches, Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totness. The area is well served by public transport, Salcombe is a short bus or ferry ride away. A regular bus service operates from Kingsbridge to Dartmouth, Totness and Plymouth and some beautiful spots in between. Local taxis are readily available and a ferry boat service operates from Kingsbridge to Salcombe during the summer months. Boat hire is available in Salcombe during the high season, as well as board hire and electric bikes.
