Richard and Pamela Morris are the proud owners of Willington Lodge. They extend a very warm welcome to all guests.
Willington Lodge is situated on the Cheshire/Shropshire/Welsh Borders and is very close to some lovely attractions and days out. 5 minute drive from Iscoyd Park Wedding Venue National Trust Properties - Chirk Castle and Erddig Hall, World Heritage Site - Pontycylltle Aqueduct, One of the wonders of Wales - Saint Giles Church, Wrexham, Sandstone Trail starts in Whitchurch, Hawkstone Follies and golf club, to name but a few. Whitchurch town is 6 miles, Llangollen town 12 miles, Chester Roman city 20 miles and Shrewsbury town 20 miles. Richard and Pamela are happy to help you with an itinerary so you can make the most of your time spent at Willington Lodge, offering you maps etc to help you find your various locations. From Willington Lodge there are some great circular walks, incorporating local pubs with roaring fires in the winter months. Bring your own horse for a holiday too and visit Hadley Cross Country Course, 4 miles away. Also there are fabulous bridle paths from Willington Lodge so you can ride for 12 miles without touching a main road.
