The fine print
Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
Hotel will require pre-authorisation of £50 from guest upon check-in for any incidents.
Government-issued photo identification is required at the time of check-in. A credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. This property will place an authorization on credit and debit cards for incidental charges for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.
Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to show on check-in.
As per our Hotel Policy all the requests must be confirmed via e-mail by the authorised staff, otherwise they will not be accepted in case of any future additional invoices or commissions.
Also, please note that if a reservation is labelled as non-refundable, non-cancellable or similar, all cancellation will incur a 100% charge, regardless the date in which the cancellation is requested.
