The Space Ideally suited in a quiet residential street, our house is fully equipped, comfortable and especially perfect for contractors, business travellers, families and couples. Recharge and relax in comfort and calming surroundings before heading out into the dynamic energy of Manchester. Nestled in between 2 lush parks a true oasis from the city! Leave the hustle and bustle of city life and head to this charming modern airy home with quality furnishings, linens and equipment in pleasant surroundings. A short walk to public transport links or catch an Uber to Manchester City centre in less than 10 mins. Featuring a beautiful open plan kitchen dining area with bifold doors opening out into a private back garden, including patio, dinig furniture, garden lights and BBQ. Fully equipped cook's kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and blender. Cooking oil, salt & pepper and cleaning products included. There is also a selection of tea, coffee and accompanying sugars/sweeteners, provide on the house. Coffee machine is also provided. The dining area is an oak-style bench which seats 6. The 6 person dining table is also excellent to double up as a work space for those who may be travelling on business. The living room has a super comfy chaise-lounge L shaped sofa-bed with accompanying additional seating including a feature chair and pouffes. Looking out onto lush green plants in the garden. The main feature in the living room also has a fully smart UHD TV for those cosy nights in . 2 Double bedrooms upstairs with King size beds. Extra thick Dorma mattress topper including luxury Dorma duvet and extra pillows provided. Downstairs W.C. Main Bathroom upstairs.
